TO Media Starlet will be appearing on Rogers Television 10 or 63 in Toronto this Saturday, September 11, 2010 at noon. KAT attended the FashionisTO event on Sunday, August 1st, 2010 inside the Pacha Lounge and had a blast interviewing some of the special guests and crew during the show launch.

FashionisTO put together some of biggest names in fashion and music in one event. With special celebrity guest SUPER MODEL Stacey McKenzie, Designer Sonia Noel, D.J. Power and international runway workshop instructor, Micheal Humphrey’s and so much more!

It’s all about attitude isn’t it? Sounds like the statements plus-size celebrity-artists are making. Another word for plus-size would be simply- fat. First it was Mo’nique in 2006 not too long ago in the blockbuster film Phat Gurlz. Phat in the movie was an acronym for Pretty, Hot And Thick for those who didn`t know. However, in 2010 the same statement is being reinstated by the youthful, talented Nikki Blonsky Long Island, New York-born and representing in the new ABC family tv series titled Huge. The tv series only premiered in June 2010, so far it’s had a great worldwide response. Essence Magazine has been very successful in capturing attention, the “ooohs” and ” aahhs” of women by using Actors, Blair Underwood, Boris Kodjoe and Lance Gross on next issue of their magazine.
